What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When your forms receive submissions, we store the submission data (field values, IP address, and timestamp) on your behalf. We also collect basic usage data to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
We use your account information to authenticate you and send you notifications about your form submissions. We use submission data solely to deliver it to you and display it in your dashboard. We do not sell your data or your submitters' data to third parties.
Email notifications
When a form submission arrives, we send the data to the email address you configured. You control which email receives these notifications in your form settings.
Data retention
Submissions are stored according to your plan's storage limits. You can delete individual submissions or your entire account at any time from your dashboard settings.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your billing information. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
