Acceptance
By creating an account or using SubmitraX, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What SubmitraX provides
SubmitraX is a form backend service. We receive form submissions on your behalf, store them, and notify you by email or Slack. We do not build or host your forms — you embed the endpoint in your own HTML.
Acceptable use
You may not use SubmitraX to collect data without lawful basis, send spam, transmit malware, or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Submission quotas
Each plan includes a monthly submission quota. Submissions beyond the quota will not be processed unless you purchase additional capacity. Quotas reset every month from your subscription start date.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors.
Limitation of liability
SubmitraX is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost submissions, downtime, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
